Diana graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University with a degree
in Government. She also has a Masters in Education from Harvard. She graduated near the top of her class from one
of Toronto's most prestigious secondary schools, University of Toronto
Schools. Diana is an SAT expert, having scored 800 in Verbal, 800 in
Writing, 790 in Math, 800 in Literature, and 780 in French.
Diana is a talented, knowledgeable, dedicated instructor who has an
undeniable passion for teaching and for mentoring students. In the classroom,
she supplies highly effective teaching methods while creating a fun

Rory is a PhD candidate at Harvard University studying Government.
He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University
of Toronto with High Distinction. He also graduated Magna Cum Laude
with an MA in Religious Studies from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Rory is also a graduate of UTS.
He has been a classroom instructor for both SAT and GRE preparation
courses and has privately tutored students for standardized tests. His
students have gone on to schools like Harvard and MIT. His former students
include Shanae Grimes, who plays the lead role in the hit show 90210.

Tonya

Tonya is a graduate of Queen's University with a degree in Political
Science. She scored 1530 out of a possible 1600 on the SAT, with a perfect
800 in Critical Reading and 730 in Math.
Tonya is a gifted communicator and helps provide a learning environment
that is both fun and productive for her students. She specializes in
preparing students for standardized tests like the SAT and SSAT. She
has prepared dozens of students for the SAT and SSAT, teaching extensively
both in a classroom setting and in one-on-one environments. She finds
aptitude tests fun and simple, a sentiment that she brings to her students.

Gideon

Gideon graduated from Brown University with an Honours Bachelors of
Science degree in Environmental Sciences. While at Brown, Gideon won
an Undergraduate Teaching and Research award for his research on environmental
projects. He is also a graduate of UTS.
Gideon is intimately familiar with the structure and style of standardized
tests and is adept in preparing students for them. He scored in the
99th percentile on the SAT Reasoning Test and on the SAT subject tests
scored 800 in Math Level 2, 770 in Literature, 740 in Chemistry and
750 in Physics. He has also excelled in math competitions, including
placing 2nd in the American Mathematics Contest and ranking 44th nationally
in the Canadian National Math League.
In addition to helping students with their standardized tests, Gideon
is skilled at helping students with their college admission essays.
He helps students brainstorm and craft essays that will set their applications
apart. He plans to pursue law school next year.

Queen's University
Shilpa graduated from Queen's University with a degree in Cognitive
Science. She won an entrance scholarship to Queen's and was on the Dean's
list while there. She also graduated from the University of Toronto
Schools in 2003 with distinction. She is currently completing a Masters
degree from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, studying developmental
psychology and linguistics.
She is gifted in taking standardized tests, having scored 1590 (out
of 1600) on the SAT and above the 98th percentile on the GRE, SAT subject
tests and several math contests including the COMC and Euclid. She also
brings extensive experience in developing and delivering educational
programming. She has conducted innovative research on the language acquisition
abilities of children and adults, which has led to ongoing publications
in top-tier academic journals. She has been invited to present her research
at conferences in Canada, Scotland, Germany, and the Netherlands. |

verbal, 760 math), a perfect ACT score of 36, and 800 on the Writing,
Math, and French SAT subject tests. She has great interpersonal skills,

and is now in his final year at York University for an Honours degree
in Computer Science with emphasis in Artificial Intelligence. He has
maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout his academic career and received numerous

He has over 5 years of private tutoring experience in academic subjects
ranging from 1st grade to 12th grade and as much experience in teaching

in Medieval and Renaissance Literature. She also graduated with a Bachelor
in Honours English from the University of British Columbia, where she
was on the Dean's List for all 4 years and recipient of numerous scholarships.
While at UBC, she organized an impromptu Shakespeare reading society
and at Cambridge, was the principal violist for their symphony orchestra.
She enjoys teaching and mentorship and loves engaging her students to
stretch themselves. She is especially passionate about literature and
helping her students improve their love of the English language.

Adam graduated with Honors BA in English from Cornell University and
MFA in Poetry from Columbia University. He scored 1530 out of a possible
1600 on his SAT I, and a perfect score of 240 on his PSAT. He took a
bunch of SAT IIs, scoring 800 in Math IIc, 750 in Writing, 780 in Physics,
and 750 in Chemistry. While still in high school, Adam was so proficient
at both math and verbal that he was allowed to take SAT Prep classes
for free in exchange for providing one-on-one help to other students.
Also, during his time at Cornell, he was a Layout Editor for [plug],
an elite student poetry magazine.
He is especially gifted at helping students construct winning essays.
His command of the craft enables him to provide students with immediate
and specific feedback for their writing assignments and instills in
his students a passion for literature. He is also a master debater and
an avid sailor. Adam is currently writing his first novel.

Andrea

Andrea graduated from Northwestern University with dual Masters degrees
in Learning Disabilities and Speech-Language Pathology. She also completed
her undergraduate degree at Northwestern where she was on the Dean's
List. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto Schools.
She has over 6 years of experience teaching students of all ages, in
both a classroom and one-on-one setting. Andrea is also able to pass
on to students her knowledge of standardized tests, having scored 770
SAT I Verbal, 700 SAT I Math, 770 SAT Writing and 800 in SAT French.
She also scored in the 99th percentile on the SSAT.
She especially enjoys helping students improve their writing, articulation
and language skills. She is truly passionate about tailoring her work

Jin is a middle school teacher at Branksome Hall, one of Toronto's
premier private schools. She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts
from University of Toronto in Architecture and a Bachelor of Education
from OISE/UT, specializing in Mathematics and English.
She develops engaging lesson plans, incorporating her passion for visual
arts and creative learning into her classes. At Branksome Hall, she
is actively involved with student life, preparing students for math
contests, supervising Creative Outlet and coaching the Senior Cross
Country team.

Ushnish is in the final year of completing his Mathematics Honours
degree at the University of Waterloo. While at Waterloo, he has been
on the Dean's Honours List and has been awarded the President's Scholarship
with Distinction, the Rene Descartes Scholarship, and the Old Victorian
Gold Medal for Academic Excellence. He has also won the Gold Medal in
the Singapore Chemistry Olympiad.
He has several years of private tutoring experience with both high school,
and 1st and 2nd year university students. He teaches algebra, calculus,
chemistry, physics and statistics. He scored 2280 out of 2400 on the
SAT Reasoning Test, and 800 on the Math, Physics and Chemistry Subject
